Weatherling is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. By installing and using the app, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

License

Weatherling is distributed through the Mac App Store and is licensed to you under Apple’s standard End User License Agreement, unless a separate license accompanies the app. You may install and use it on Macs you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes.

What the app does

Weatherling draws a decorative, click-through rain overlay above your desktop. It never interferes with input to other apps and can be switched off instantly from the menu bar. It is an ambient effect, not a weather service, and any weather it shows is chosen by you unless a future version says otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weatherling and its author are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software or this website.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app or the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
